We use data to deliver services, manage participation, send updates (with consent), meet legal obligations, and report to funders. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
3. Automated Processing
Mailchimp automates newsletter delivery. No automated decisions or profiling affect your rights. You may unsubscribe anytime via our emails or info@openschooleast.org.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with trusted partners (Mailchimp, Eventbrite, SurveyMonkey, Vimeo) under DUAA-compliant agreements and adequacy safeguards such as the UK–US Data Bridge.
5. Children and Young People
Parental or guardian consent is required for participants under 18.
6. Data Retention
Programme data: 6 years; mailing list: until unsubscribed; recruitment data: 12 months; financial data: 6 years. Data is securely deleted or anonymised afterward.
