We apologise but this workshop is now cancelled as the building will be closed due to the heatwave. The workshop will be rescheduled for Thursday 1 August.
Due to factors beyond our control, this event is inaccessible to those with limited mobility. We can record parts of the session if there is a demand. Please send an email to email@example.com if you are interested.
Join designer Yemi Awosile for this public mark-making workshop on Thursday 25 July, 1-2.30pm.
Build up a personal narrative using layers of print applied to fabrics. Create your own motifs and labels using graphic patterns and mark-making. Explore ideas through experimental compositions to produce a personal response to surface design.
There will be 3 of these workshops, taking place on 4, 11 and 25 July. These workshops are self-contained so there is no need to attend all 3, and you don’t need to have previous experience or existing skills in printmaking to take part.
