Springboard Programme – Peer Groups
A programme of informal, critically-focused meetings between Associate alumni, organised and supported by Open School East.
OSE alumni are paired together (or in some cases groups of 3) and meet on a monthly basis to discuss projects and work they are currently undertaking. The programme aims to promote critical connections between all cohorts of the Associates Programme, and offer lasting peer support and collaborative opportunities.
Pairings are based on current practices, ongoing research and developmental ambitions. Meetings are organised by Open School East and can be held in-person at Open School East or online.
Meet-ups are not moderated by Open School East. Selected peers are responsible to structuring sessions. Peers are expected to adhere to Open School East’s Code of Conduct.
