Open School East is an independent arts charity, based in Margate, that supports early stage career and emerging artists. We are looking for a versatile finance professional to join our small but dedicated team in the heart of Margate. You will have experience of business planning, budget management processes, cash flow forecasting, book-keeping and contract management experience.

We are a flexible employer and are prepared to consider a range of hybrid approaches for the right candidate (eg. full/ part/ time, job share). Ideally, we would like to appoint someone who has a passion for the arts, but there are real opportunities to build knowledge of the creative and cultural sector whilst working with us in a supportive, dynamic team.

The position would suit someone who has finance and business management experience from a different sector, and/or someone who has recently moved to the Thanet area and is looking for a new challenge.
