Join Open School East and curator Maggie Matić for an online curator’s talk, where Maggie will share insights from their curatorial career, exploring the diverse contexts, programmes, and institutions they have worked across. Through the talk and following opportunities for questions and conversations, we will discuss the dynamics of the curator-artist relationship and discuss the differences between working with and developing relationships with commercial galleries, artist-led spaces, and large institutions.
Dr Maggie Matić (they/them) is a curator and researcher with a specialism in contemporary feminist, crip and queer theory and visual culture.
