**CANCELLED**So It Goes: OSE 2020 Associates’ Open Studios

We are sad to announce that due to the new Covid restrictions taking effect later this week, the OSE Associates’ open studios on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November have been cancelled.

The Associates are currently thinking of alternative ways to share their work with you. Stay tuned!

The OSE Associates are:

Zish Alexander, Camille Biddell, Jenny Boat, Jess Frankland, Frances Heap, Hannan Jones, Molly Lester, Katarzyna Lukasik, Alexander Middleton, Ted Rogers, Shamica Ruddock, Sid Smith.

Performances

Camille Biddell will be holding short clay throwing sessions on Saturday and Sunday for up to 3 people each hour from 10.30-11.30am, 12.30-1.30pm, 2.30-3.30pm and 4.30-5.30pm. She will invite you to instruct her (through dialogue and actions) to throw something on the wheel and, in exchange, Cam will instruct you to throw a pot. To take part please enquire upon entering the building (first come first served). Materials will be provided. Bring messy clothes if possible, otherwise aprons will be available.

Jess Frankland and Ted Rogers will be rehearsing and performing together throughout Saturday and Sunday. From 10am-1.30pm Ted invites you to observe an open dance rehearsal with assistance and collaboration from Jess. From 2.30-4pm Jess will be rehearsing for their afternoon performance with assistance and collaboration from Ted. 4.10-5pm Jess will be performing a protest dance entitled ‘Energy To Dance’. Ted’s rehearsal and Jess’s performance will both also be streamed via Zoom. Links for this will be added soon.

Molly Lester invites you to participate in a (fictional) food trial which will involve completing a ‘gut type’ survey and tasting a fortified butter substitute from 10am-12pm on Saturday and between 10am-12pm and 2-4pm on Sunday.
