A 6-day Carnival Arts programme for young people (July-August 2017)

Running from Monday 31 July until Friday 4 August 2017, Open School East alongside Thanet Youth Hub (Quarterdeck Youth Centre) came together to create a Carnival Arts Programme set up for  local young people to develop their interest in art and making in a way that allows them to share their creations with the community in a fun and meaningful way –  taking part in Margate Carnival 2017.
