Film screening: Greyhawk

We are pleased to host screening of the newly released film Greyhawk, shot on the neighbouring De Beauvoir estate.

Greyhawk tells the story of Mal Walker, a reclusive army veteran who is forced onto a housing estate after his beloved guide dog goes missing. On his quest to find him, Mal meets a series of oddball characters, learning about himself, and what it is he’s really searching for.

The screening will be followed by an open discussion and pizza will be provided.

Presented in collaboration with The De Beauvoir Association. The screening is kindly supported by Bold Turtle Productions.

This is the first of Open School East’s monthly film club, which explores the topics of collective filmmaking and community representation.
